Carrots. Besides being delicious, we eat carrots because they contain a lot of vitamin A, and are good for our eyes, hair, and skin. Our Holland Agri Foods carrots are on the menu worldwide; raw, cooked, baked, or stir-fried.
GROWING CARROTS ON FERTILE CLAY
It is not surprising that our carrots can be found on menus all over the world. In the Noordoostpolder, we have the best agricultural and climatic conditions to grow carrots of the highest quality. The carrot is a very rewarding vegetable to grow. They don’t need much to grow, except for the fertile Dutch clay that Flevoland is rich in.
